🌟The Prophet's Forgotten Sunnah  Revealed: The Forgotten Sunnah of Emotional Intelligence

In an era where emotional  brain power Praised as a cornerstone of personal and professional and a real success,it's imperative to recognize that this concept isn't a novel.

It is essential to acknowledge that this idea is not new, even in a time when emotional intelligence (EI) is praised as a key to personal and professional success. Considering Emotional Intelligence in the Light of the Prophetic  Predictable Illustrations of Emotional Intelligence 


1.  Compassion for Others :


The Prophet's ﷺ empathy was evident in his interactions with people   from all walks of life.When his wife Aisha (RA)was distressed suring hajj due to menstruation,he comforted her,saying:


"This is something which Allah has ordained for the daughters  of Adam.So do,what all the pilgrims do,except for Tawaf."

(Sahih al-Bukhari)

 2.  Self-Regulation and Patience:


Despite facing immense challenges,the Prophet ﷺ maintained composure. During the painfull incident in Taif ,where he was rejected and harmed,he chose patience over retaliation,seeking solace in prayer and reflection. This restraint highlights his exceptional self-control. 

 3.  Affectionate Communication  


In a society where overt expressions of love were uncommon,

the Prophet ﷺ Openly displayed affection. He  would kiss his grandchildren and express love for his family ,setting a precedent for emotional openness. When criticized for this,he responded:


"He who does not show mercy to others will not be shown mercy.

(Sahih al-Bukhari)



 4.  Compassion for Animals 


The prophet's ﷺ compassion extended to animals. Upon seeing a camel in distress,he gently comforted it and admonished its owner for neglect,emphasizing kindness to all creatures.
